I have been buying Soul for years, even when it was run my Gemma . I loved it so much that I became an advocate for the new owners .
Recently the products do not appear to be the same . The fragrance is not as strong and definitely doesn’t last as long . I have had complaints from people that purchased through my recommendation . Whether it is because they have diversified into other areas or they have changed their manufacturing suppliers . Who knows ?
So sadly it is a goodbye from me Soul after many years 😢
Been buying from you for years now love the relax & Nero. Unfortunately my relax refill didnt smell as before alot less strong Dispite filling up to the the top, infact i emailed to let you know. Maybe a bad batch?
