Our home is in Shropshire, where the Soul story began, with our showroom and shop in the heart of Shrewsbury. But Soul Living reaches far beyond our doors. We work with and deliver to customers across the UK, bringing our carefully selected collections to homes nationwide.

Soul began over ten years ago with fragrance and a simple belief in creating products that make everyday moments feel special.
Today, that same philosophy sits at the heart of Soul Living.
We’ve grown beyond fragrance to create a destination for considered interiors and relaxed living, bringing together our own Soul fragrance collection with furniture and homeware from brands and designers we genuinely love.
While our collection has evolved, our approach remains personal. We choose pieces because we think they’re interesting, beautifully made and capable of bringing something different to your home, rather than simply following what can already be found everywhere else.

From choosing what comes next for the business to welcoming you in store, creating beautiful gifting experiences and carefully preparing your online orders, these are some of the people behind Soul.
Elisa, Director
Elisa leads Soul Living, overseeing the business and shaping its direction as we grow. Having worked with Soul in various capacities for the past eight years, she knows the brand, its customers and what makes it special.
Today, Elisa leads every aspect of the business, from our commercial strategy and brand development to supplier relationships and new opportunities, with a clear vision for the future of Soul Living.
Laura, Retail Manager
Laura leads our Shrewsbury shop and plays a key role in shaping the Soul Living collection, helping to select the suppliers, brands and individual pieces we bring into Soul. With a keen eye for interiors and a real talent for finding just the right piece, Laura also offers our personal shopping service. She loves working with customers to understand their space and style, sourcing and suggesting pieces to help bring their ideas together, whether that’s one perfect finishing touch or something to transform a room.
Sarah, Business Development Consultant
Sarah has a long-standing connection with Soul, having originally created Soul Candles over ten years ago. Today, she works with the Soul Living team as a Business Development Consultant, bringing her knowledge of the brand and its customers to help us develop and grow the Soul Candles side of the business as part of the wider Soul Living journey.
Ali, Gifting & Customer Experience
Ali is the creative eye behind our gifting concepts and plays a big part in making the Soul Living online experience feel special. From developing thoughtful ways to gift Soul to carefully packing and presenting your orders, Ali makes sure that opening a Soul Living parcel feels every bit as considered as choosing what’s inside.
